The user is aware of, and voluntarily accepts, that use of the service is, in all cases, under their sole and exclusive responsibility. The User shall be liable for any damages of any kind that Prensa Rank, or any third party, may suffer as a result of the User's breach of any of the obligations to which they are subject by virtue of these "General Conditions of Use" or the law, in relation to the Use of the Service.
Editor users are those responsible for a blog, media outlet, or website who wish to offer content insertion for a fee.
Editor users assume the obligation to process all orders placed, provided they meet the technical requirements established for their service: content, length, subject matter, etc. Limitations on publication must be determined in advance. Editor users cannot refuse to execute an order placed by a user based on exceptions not previously raised and accepted by prensarank.com prior to registering as an Editor.
Editor users agree to permanently maintain the publication on the URL where it was published. Cancellation, modification, or alteration of the published content (including links within the text) will automatically oblige the Editor to refund the price received for their service, as well as compensation for damages, including lost profits, caused to PrensaRank and the user who contracted the publication. In particular, the Editor user is obliged to maintain the article as it was submitted, including any subsequent modifications requested, and not to hinder the crawling or indexing of articles by internet robots at any time. They are also obliged not to modify the article tags or links, nor may they add more links or text; nothing should be modified.
Users may publish content on the platform or send content for publication on editor websites. The user declares to hold sufficient intellectual‑property rights for the content and grants the company and the publication site the rights of use and public communication of the texts, photographs or videos, free of charge. Content may not be inserted if it is illegal, fails to meet quality standards, violates fundamental rights, promotes pornography, occult practices, pyramid schemes or other inappropriate activities, or contravenes principles of legality, honesty, responsibility, human dignity, protection of minors, public order, privacy, consumer protection or intellectual‑property rights.
